Could we confirm and approve the sample before mass production commences?
Yes, absolutely. It is a standard part of our process to provide a free electronic artwork for your confirmation before mass production begins.
For an additional level of assurance, we can also prepare a physical sample. This service involves a nominal sample processing fee of $15.

What is your estimated production and delivery lead time?
The production lead time is contingent upon your sample confirmation and the final order quantity. Following sample approval, mass production typically takes approximately 5 days for orders in the thousands. For larger orders exceeding tens of thousands of pieces, we will provide a detailed production schedule and confirm a specific delivery date with you directly. Our multiple production lines are dedicated to ensuring on-time fulfillment.

What kind of craftsmanship is behind the embroidered patches?
The craftsmanship of embroidery involves multiple elaborate procedures. It starts with digital design and pattern digitizing, converting artworks into machine-readable files. Then comes precise fabric cutting and backing treatment to lay a stable base. High-speed computerized embroidery machines follow the digitized patterns to stitch threads layer by layer. After embroidery, the patches go through trimming, edge locking or laser cutting to shape neatly. Finally, quality inspection, ironing and packaging are conducted. How to fix patches with ironing glue?
First, place the patch on the target position and cover it with a thin cotton cloth to protect threads. Preheat an iron to medium-high heat (120-150℃), no steam function. Press the iron firmly on the patch for 10-15 seconds, focusing on edges and corners. Repeat pressing several times to ensure full adhesion. Let it cool completely for 10-20 minutes before touching. For enhanced durability, especially for frequently washed items, sew around the edges additionally. Avoid washing the item for 24 hours after ironing, and use mild washing mode later to maintain the patch’s firmness.
